illumination equipment offers a three year warranty from the date of purchase on craftsmanship and manufacturing defects. Repairs or replacement will remain within the exclusive discretion of illumination equipment.

These are light and ultralight packs. They are not invincible. Treat them with care: don’t overload them, don’t reef too hard on the straps, avoid skiing with an ice axe in the avalanche pocket or stash sleeve without a pick cover. That said, if your pack fails for any reason, get in touch and we’ll evaluate the claim for warranty. If you’re outside the three year warranty and you are still trying to claim it, your odds are way better if you include a good story or two (and photos!) about how your pack ended up in its current condition. If your pack is not covered by warranty, we will do our best to repair it for a reasonable price.
